Troubleshooting

The device is still pressurized.

Release the pressure of the dispenser with the Trigger (4) into a sink drain or into a towel. Do not open a pressurized dispenser.

Gas escapes between the dispenser body and the Head Unit.

Make sure the Head Unit (9) is screwed on enough to create a complete seal and the gasket is properly placed in the Head Unit (9).

Gas escapes from the Charger Holder.

A small amount of gas leakage is normal. Inspect the Inlet Valve (8) and make sure there isn’t a blockage. Contact us if problem persists.

The Charger is not being pierced by the Inlet Valve.

Make sure you are using Nitro Knox N2 Chargers or a standard 8-gram, non-threaded N2O charger that match the dimensions provided. Make sure you are inserting the Charger (7) into the Charger Holder (6) correctly. Contact us if the problem persists or if the piercing needle has been damaged.

No liquid is being dispensed.

There is most likely a blockage in the Flat Tip or Connector nut. Release the pressure from the dispenser and then rinse all parts with warm water.
