Dispenser Directions
Directions
Connect the Flat Tip
Connect the threaded Flat Tip (1) to the Connector nut (2). While tightening, it helps to hold the Connector nut. Tighten the Flat Tip snuggly so the red rubber O-ring on the connector nut is not visible or only slightly visible.
Fill the Dispenser
Fill the Dispenser Body (5) to the Fill Line. It is important not to overfill 2/3 of the dispenser. There needs to be enough room for the liquid and gas.
Attach the Head Unit
Screw on the Head Unit (9) to the Body (5) and make sure the threads are matched correctly.
Inject the Charger Gas
Insert the N2 Gas Charger (7) into the Charger Holder (6) and screw onto the threaded Inlet Valve (8) which is part of the Head Unit (9). Continue turning until the gas is released with a light hissing sound. The charger holder can be removed after dispensing the gas and the empty Gas Charger (7) can be recycled.
The dispenser is now pressurized so handle with care.
Shake the Dispenser
Carefully shake the Dispenser in a vertical direction and take care not to point at your face or body. The cold brew results will vary depending on the amount it is shaken. Experiment with shaking for different periods of time to achieve the desired texture and foam. The dispenser will remain pressurized for approximately 48 hours.
Dispense Nitro Coffee
Hold the Dispenser upside down vertically so the Flat Tip (1) is pointing towards the ground. Slowly squeeze the Trigger (4) so the liquid is released. The speed the liquid is released through the Flat Tip will impact the drink. Experiment to find desired result.
Gas Release
After all coffee or liquid has been emptied from the dispenser, release any remaining gas into a sink drain or dish towel. Slowly unscrew the Head Unit (9) for cleaning.
